Rupert Bain – Residential Sales Specialist

Stevie Bain – Rural / Lifestyle Sales Specialist
Stevie Bain is an award-winning agent specialising in the rural and lifestyle property sector. She is the co-founder of Red Bricks, consistently placed as a Top 10 agent in the Waikato and has successfully managed a National Award winning real estate office, utilising these skills in establishing Red Bricks.
Stevie’s foundation of excellence is crafted from her commitment to delivering results and exceeding targets, whilst simultaneously maintaining powerful working relationships through focus, communication, patience and empathy. She manages a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties, located throughout New Zealand – all of which have been organically grown from word of mouth. It is this natural growth that showcases Stevie’s excellence and how her expertise are highly sought-after. She holds both her Real Estate Agency Licence as well as her Property Management qualification. Before making waves in real estate, Stevie managed a multi-million dollar corporate travel portfolio. This grew Stevie’s nous for problem-solving and actioning tasks in a timely manner. Stevie can hold her own and get the job done. Diana Manutai-Esau – Buyers Specialist
Diana’s tenacity for results stems from her commitment to clients. She’s not happy until you’re happy, utilising her diverse repertoire of skills to put plans into action. She has a background in sales across Media, Communications, Travel and the Real Estate Industry. Working throughout these domains has resulted in an arsenal of skills, including: account management, business development, communications, sales and marketing, as well as an empathetic understanding of client needs, captured through her warm and calm nature.
In Diana’s first six months in the Real Estate industry she completed more sales than many agents make in a year! This achievement highlights how her skills, drive and commitment to clients equates in results. One aspect Diana values about this industry is being able to provide reassurance to clients, settle nerves and act as ‘the calm amongst the property storm’ when facing the unknown. She believes that buying a home should be an enjoyable experience, not one of stress and confusion! Diana is an established agent that is now welcoming returning clients that are ready to embark on their next property pursuit. Cassie Emmett – Licensed Sales Consultant
Cassie’s multifaceted background in the property sector ranges from sales, property management, debt recovery, legislation and leasing. With experience in commercial and residential, Cassie’s on-the-ground expertise ensures she is a step ahead of the game, sensitive to her clients’ best interests and well-versed with the ins’n’outs of all things property! Her straight-talking nature is refreshing, building respected rapport with clients and enabling them to effectively work towards their own property goals.
Having grown up in the industry, Cassie’s first job out of studies was in real estate. She quickly learnt the ropes; with her parents renown as respected and successful agents, Cassie picked up an assortment of skills, refining her own agent-style and learning about the importance of genuinely working with clients. It is this emphasis on working alongside her clients that drives Cassie’s passion for the sector. This evolved into success in both residential sales, property management, commercial leasing and property legislation. She prides herself on being a consistent support for her clients, being approachable and committed to helping them throughout their property journey.
Outside of real estate, Cassie has experienced international recognition as a Birth Photographer, speaking at conferences and capturing the magic of over 200 births. This achievement is no small feat and once again highlights her easy-going nature; she is trusted by people in their most vulnerable and intimate moments, what better person to help you in achieving your property goals? Her experience in the creative vocation is also present in her work in the beauty industry, establishing and building her own successful business for two decades. She spins many plates with ease, conversing with people of all walks of life, raising her three children (even teaching her youngest how to ride a horse!) and enjoying New Zealand’s outdoors. Jamie Armstrong – Campaign Manager / PA
Jamie’s zealous nature is highlighted through her go-getter attitude and wealth of experience throughout the Real Estate sector. She first cut her teeth in 2012, engaging in Commercial Real Estate. This time equipped Jamie with expertise in tenancy and leasing legislation, city and zoning legislation, council planning and Earthquake Commission ratings.
Her analytical prowess and knack for numbers has made her popular amongst investors in the residential space, supported by her forecasted rental yields and return on investments. Further to this, Jamie has skills in sales consultancy, administration, office management, and looking after an extensive property portfolio. Prior to working in the industry, Jamie’s background included working as a Marine Technician, with a degree in a Bachelor of Science from The University of Waikato. Her studious manner brings an eye for detail to our team and, with a plethora of experience under her belt, we’re lucky to have an expert in the driver’s seat when it comes to managing our property campaigns and administration. Not only is Jamie the cement of the Red Bricks family, she is fuelled by having projects on the go and is not one to wait for an opportunity to come to her – she finds it! This proactive manner sees her embark on a range of activities, including: landscape design, furnishings and upholstery, and pottery. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys healthy living and an active lifestyle, with her partner and canine companion.
