Rupert Bain – Residential Sales Specialist
Rupert Bain is an award winning Harcourt Sales Consultant with a wealth of experience in the Real Estate industry. Consistently placing in the top 5 agents for Harcourts Hamilton and top 10 for Central North Island.

Stevie Bain – Rural / Lifestyle Sales Specialist
Stevie Bain is an award winning Rural & Lifestyle sales specialist based out of the Harcourts City Office and prides herself on consistently delivering results and exceeding targets. In recent years, Stevie been a background support for her husband Rupert Bain but is now a top performer in the Lifestyle and Rural field.
Stevie prides herself on being people focused, organised and competitive. Her previous working background involves sales and account management, where she was managing a 10 million dollar commercial portfolio and property management for 4 years in the UK prior to moving to New Zealand.
Stevie is a country girl at heart. When she first arrived in New Zealand she spent over a year schooling horses for some of NZ’s top show-jumping stud farms. She has owned horses all her life and competed in show-jumping and dressage internationally.
Diana Manutai-Esau – Buyers Specialist
Diana has been proud to call the Waikato home now for over 15 years, having grown up in Tauranga, Australia and the Philippines. With an extensive background in account management and business development, her passion lies with ensuring that she delivers an exceptional customer experience.
As Rupert’s Sales Assistant, it will be Diana’s role to locate and assist buyers to find the property that is the perfect fit for them. With access to all companies’ listings, she will be able to provide an unbiased approach to viewing each property. Her strong negotiation skills, ability to communicate with all walks of life, make her a reliable and friendly person to have on your team to search for your ideal property!
Diana’s been a keen runner, and completed the Hawaiian Marathon, and has running New York on her bucket list, but these days spends her spare time running around after her toddler.
Jamie Armstrong – Campaign Manager / PA
Jamie was born and raised in Hamilton, where she completed a degree in Science at the University of Waikato. She then decided on a change in career path and has been working in real estate since early 2012. She began her real estate career in residential sales for 2 years, followed by 4 years in commercial sales and is now working as PA/Campaign Manager for Team Bain & Bain at Harcourts.
Jamie has a strong interest in interior design as well as the property market. She is happy to share this with clients and customers, and will enjoy discussing presentation methods with them.
Jamie is an integral link to the team and works closely with our designer for advertising/marketing and making sure that each property campaign runs as smoothly as possible.
James Mills – Sales Assistant
Before taking the plunge into the world of real estate James worked at Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), and enjoyed working for the business in several key roles, where most recently he had worked his way up to become a Product manager.
James brings with him a wealth of transferable skills gained from his previous roles, such as his passion, drive and commitment to serving his clients with exceptional customer service. He works hard at understanding our local market, so whether you are buying your first home, downsizing, or looking for your next investment property, James’ friendly and approachable manner will certainly be an asset to make your realty dreams a reality.
