Rupert Bain – Residential Sales Specialist

Stevie Bain – Rural / Lifestyle Sales Specialist

stevieStevie Bain is an award winning Rural & Lifestyle sales specialist based out of the Harcourts City Office and prides herself on consistently delivering results and exceeding targets. In recent years, Stevie been a background support for her husband Rupert Bain but is now a top performer in the Lifestyle and Rural field.

Stevie prides herself on being people focused, organised and competitive. Her previous working background involves sales and account management, where she was managing a 10 million dollar commercial portfolio and property management for 4 years in the UK prior to moving to New Zealand.

Stevie is a country girl at heart. When she first arrived in New Zealand she spent over a year schooling horses for some of NZ’s top show-jumping stud farms. She has owned horses all her life and competed in show-jumping and dressage internationally.

Ethan Rogers – Buyers Specialist/Database Manager

EthanEthan grew up in small town Otorohanga where he attended both Otorohanga South School from years 1 to 8 and Otorohanga College from years 9 through to 13. During his term at college, he was elected board of trustees representative for the students. This was a fully paid position which required him to meet and discuss school governance matters with the elected leaders from the community. In addition, his position required him to disseminate information to the student body of around 450 students and teachers.

From college he attended the University of Waikato for two years before discovering Real Estate was his passion. He loves the homes and architecture and being able to imagine what the walls would say if they could speak. But as much as real estate is about the homes, its more about the people and helping them get the home of their dreams. Ethan’s focus in real estate is to help buyers and sellers achieve this and to make sure they are 100% happy.

Now that Ethan is in the real estate business he is working at Harcourts Hamilton along side Rupert Bain as his Buyers Specialist and Database Manager. Ethan hopes that with your help he can flourish and ensure that his real estate career is a long and successful one.

Pankaj Sharma – Sales Assistant to Rupert Bain

PankajPankaj is a Harcourts Real Estate Sales Consultant with the Bain&Bain Team. Coming from an engineering background and spending the majority of his working career being employed with well-known companies Pankaj has gained professional experience in dealing with customers and making sales. Pankaj has experience in dealing with customers and providing the best service to his clients which is paramount to him.

Having the ability of communicating in multiple languages helps Pankaj to help in selling and buying on your behalf.

Pankaj focuses on one thing above all else, his clients!

Pankaj has a natural quality of building a quick rapport with his clients. Pankaj understand his client’s needs and requirements and delivers it by putting his time and effort whether they are selling or buying.

Diana Manutai-Esau – Sales Assistant to Rupert Bain

Diana has been proud to call the Waikato home now for over 15 years, having grown up in Tauranga, Australia and the Philippines. With an extensive background in account management and business development, her passion lies with ensuring that she delivers an exceptional customer experience.

As Rupert’s Sales Assistant, it will be Diana’s role to locate and assist buyers to find the property that is the perfect fit for them. With access to all companies’ listings, she will be able to provide an unbiased approach to viewing each property. Her strong negotiation skills, ability to communicate with all walks of life, make her a reliable and friendly person to have on your team to search for your ideal property!

Diana’s been a keen runner, and completed the Hawaiian Marathon, and has running New York on her bucket list, but these days spends her spare time running around after her toddler.

Kathryn Walker – Campaign Manager / PA

katKathryn Walker is the PA / Campaign Manager for Team Bain & Bain. Kathryn is an integral link to the team and works closely with our designer for advertising/marketing and making sure each property campaign runs as smooth as possible. Kathryn previously worked for the Harcourts admin team as office administrator before an extensive background in Hospitality management.
Kathryn enjoys working in a team environment and working with clients where her interpersonal skills really shine through.
